Libby's Yoga journey began back when she was about 15. She was diagnosed with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis in her knee and as a result was very limited to physical activities and sport. She was encouraged to try Yoga, and so the love affair began.

The relationship with Yoga was very much on-again, off-again. It was only when she was about 18 that she really got back into Yoga. Stuck in a rut about what to do with her life, she decided to follow her on-again-off-again relationship  and turn it into a full on relationship.

In September 2016 at the age of 19 Libby was on a plane to Goa, India. Her first trip out of Europe alone. There, she completed her 200hrs of Yoga Teacher Training in Ashtanga at Abhinam Yoga School under the instruction of Yog Namito – who studied under both B.K.S Iyengar and Pattahbi Jois.

Now, with 200hr training under her belt as well as an introduction to flow training, Libby is teaching regularly in Bristol City, as well as teaching Yoga at festivals throughout the country.

Libby teaches a variety of classes ranging from her popular Reggae Yoga class, to Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow and Ashtanga. She always brings a sense of creativity, passion and freedom to her classes, with often an element of fun and playfulness.
