Classes at the moment are all now online and held via Zoom. You can either book through my website, or if you're a MoveGB-er you can find my classes on there too.

 

 

I teach a selection of regular, weekly classes around Bristol. See below for my current timetable. 

I am also available for Private Yoga Classes (one-to-one) as well as small groups. Please get in touch regarding availability and pricing.

A sweet flow class to end your hump day. With inspiration from traditional Ashtanga and Hatha styles, but with a free flowing element which will allow your body to explore new means of movement and creativity while moving to some of the best Reggae tunes.

This class will help to enhance strength and flexibility, whilst also bringing you a sense of peace and serenity by connecting to your breath and mind.
